Log in to My Account with your subscriber number, the email address associated with your subscription account and your password. Select My Details from the menu bar to change your contact details. For help contact Customer Services

For Print allow up to 4 Weeks for your magazine to be delivered to your new address

Delivery - when will I receive my first issue?

For Print please allow up to 28 days, depending on your location to receive your first issue.
For new orders to Tablet and Digital, access is instant when you buy online
If you change how your issues are delivered to Tablet or Digital before your current subscription ends you will also get instant access
If you renew to Tablet or Digital before your current subscription ends you will get access to the first issue following your current subscription end date
If you renew to Tablet or Digital after your current subscription ends you will get instant access


Delivery - how do I change how my magazine is delivered / subscribe to a different package?

Airline Business is available in print delivered by the postal service and for your tablet device. To change how your subscription is delivered log in to My Details and your password. Select Change How My Issues Are Delivered from the menu bar. For help contact Customer Services

To upgrade your subscription to include more than one delivery type (ie. change your subscription to Print + Tablet), contact Customer Services

To remove a delivery type from your subscription (ie. reduce the ways you receive your subscription) contact Customer Services

Delivery - who do I contact if my issue does not arrive?

If your magazine is not delivered it is possible to claim a replacement for the current issue or request an extension to your subscription. Unfortunately it is not possible to claim for issues other than the current issue. Log in to My Account with your subscriber number, the email address associated with your subscription account and your password. Select Missing Issue from the menu bar. Print magazine is delivered by the postal service
Tablet version of Airline Business gives you an interactive experience, available to download on your tablet device (iPad)

You can choose to have your magazine delivered in 2 ways: Print & Tablet

Delivery – when does Airline Business magazine arrive?

Print magazines are placed in the postal service. For guidance, see estimated delivery times based on regional postal services below:

Tablet magazines are available to download monthly. Once you subscribe to Tablet you will receive an email each month to let you know when the latest issue is available.

Airline Business - what is the difference between tablet and print versions?

When you subscribe to Tablet, your monthly issue of Airline Business will be available to download and view on your tablet device. In addition to all the great content you would expect from Airline Business’s world famous print magazine, the app also features video, more photos and links to more cool content on Flightglobal.com. When you subscribe to Print, your monthly issue of Airline Business will be delivered by the postal service.

Missed issue - how do I claim it?

If your magazine is not delivered it is possible to request an extension to your subscription. Log in to My Account with your subscriber number, the email address associated with your subscription account and your password. Select Missing Issue from the menu bar. Payment requests - why do I continue to receive renewal advice or invoices for a bill I have paid?

Please disregard a payment request for a bill you have already paid – due to order processing lead times occasionally payment requests/payments may cross in the post. If you receive a second request please contact Customer Services and we will correct the situation promptly.

Rates – why are you promoting special subscription rates?

From time to time we use special rates to encourage readers to trial a subscription. The rates are valid for a limited time only and revert to the normal subscription price on renewal.

What is ‘Instant Renewal’?

‘Instant Renewal’ is the fastest and easiest way to renew your subscription safely and securely online, with a single click. For subscribers who use credit card payment ‘Instant Renewal’ means that your renewal payment will be automatically charged to the last card you used, if that card is still valid. If necessary, you can change the card at the point of payment. No more re-entering card details every time you renew.

How secure is ‘Instant Renewal’?

Extremely secure. You have to be logged in to My Account to use ‘Instant Renewal’ and your card details are stored in a secure manner to ensure you are protected against online fraud. As an added safety measure, remember to log out of My Account when you are finished.

Tablet version – how do I activate my subscription?

If you purchased your tablet subscription with Flight Airline Business, follow these steps to view your subscription
1. Download the Flight Airline Business app from the Apple App Store or Google Play
2. Launch the app on your device
3. For iPad tap 'Sign In' located in the top left corner of your screen, or on an Android device tap the menu button/icon and select 'Sign In'
4. Enter your account details to access your paid-for subscription editions:
Username - your email address (for your Flight Airline Business subscription, not necessarily your Apple ID or Google Play ID)
Password - your subscriber number
5. Download the issue you wish to read. Only issues from the start date of your subscription will be free to download, any outside of that date need to be paid for separately.

If you purchased your tablet subscription through the App Store:
Use your Apple ID and password. Visit http://store.apple.com/uk/help/your_account

Username and password – what is my username and password for Tablet (iPad) version?

If you purchased your tablet subscription online with Airline Business:
Username is your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple ID)
Password is your order reference number or your subscriber number

If you purchased your tablet subscription by phone or by post with Airline Business:

Username - your email address (associated with your subscription - not necessarily your Apple ID)
Password – your order reference number or your subscriber number
You will receive an email within 48 hours confirming your subscriber number. Please ensure you provide your email address to our customer service telephone team or include it on your order by post

Password - How do I set up a password to access My Account?

To register your password, go here. You will then be sent an email with in instructions and a link to active your password. Can’t find the email? Leave it a minute then check again or look in your spam folder. You must activate your password before you can log in. If the password is not activated within 7 days, please register it again.

What do I do if I’ve forgotten my password?

You can set up a new password here. You will then be emailed a temporary password with a link and instructions on how to reset it. You must use the reset link within 7 days. Can’t find the email? Leave it a minute then check again or look in your spam folder. Customer Services cannot set up a password for you, please go here to rest your password.

Why can’t I log in?

If you have attempted to log in unsuccessfully 10 times or more, your account will be locked for 24 hours. Customer Services cannot set up a password for you, please go here to reset your password. Customer Services can help you Renew, Change Address, check Account Details or Suspend Delivery. How can I apply for a free copy?

During the application process you can choose to read Airline Business in either Print, Digital or Tablet. However, you are guaranteed print copies only if you pay for a subscription.

When will I receive my first Issue?

Print – Please allow 4 weeks to receive your first issue

Digital – Please allow 4 weeks to receive your first issue

Tablet – As soon as the form has been completed we will email you to notify when you can download you first tablet edition

The Publisher reserves the right to refuse an application for free copies and occasionally due to the high demand for the magazine has to introduce a waiting list.

My copies have stopped coming?

I have changed my company/home address

To change the delivery address of your magazine, please go online to http://www.rbisubscribe.com/renewfree - your eight digit reference number appears on the wrapper of your latest issue.

To change only the email address of your digital copy/tablet notification please call 01 444 475 605 so that one of our customer service advisors can amend.

You need to notify us of your change of address two to three weeks in advance to ensure continuity of supply.

Please phone 01 444 475 605 so one of Customer Service Advisors will be able to advise you if you have completed your application incorrectly (e.g. omitted to answer a mandatory question) or confirm that you do not qualify for the magazine at the present time. Please note that, due to audit rules, the Publishers will not allow us to divulge the exact reason for the decision.
