MyAccount - What is ‘Instant Renewal’?
‘Instant Renewal’ is the fastest and easiest way to renew your subscription safely and securely online, with a single click. ‘Instant Renewal’ was automatically enabled after you made the last payment for your journal and means that your renewal payment will be automatically charged to the last card you used, if that card is still valid. If necessary, you can change the card at the point of payment. No more re-entering card details every time you renew.
MyAccount - How secure is ‘Instant Renewal’?
Extremely secure. You have to be logged in to My Account to use ‘Instant Renewal’ and your card details are stored in a secure manner to ensure you are protected against online fraud. As an added safety measure, remember to log out of My Account when you are finished.
Payment Requests - why do I continue to receive renewal advice / invoices for a bill I have paid?
Please disregard a payment request for a bill you've already paid - due to the lead time required to process large numbers of orders and payments, you may receive an additional invoice. If however, you receive a subsequent request for payment please contact Customer Services
and we will correct the situation promptly.

If you purchased your tablet subscription through Flight International, follow these simple steps to download your issues:
1. Download the Flight International app from the App Store
or Google Play
2. Launch the app on your device
3. Tap ‘Sign in’ in the top left or top right corner of your screen
4. Enter your account details to access your paid for subscription editions
Username – your email address (for your Flight International subscription not necessarily your Apple ID or Google Play ID)
Password – your Web Order Reference Number or your Subscriber Number (use your Web Order Reference Number until you receive your Subscriber Number)
5. Download the issue you wish to read
You can find your Subscriber Number on any correspondence you receive from us.
Tablet version – what is my username and password for the tablet version?
Your Username is your email address (for your Flight International subscription, not necessarily your Apple or Google Play ID) and your Password is your Web Order Reference Number or your Subscriber Number (use your Web Order Reference Number until you receive your Subscriber Number).
If you purchased your tablet subscription by phone or post with Flight International you will receive an email within 48 hours confirming your Subscriber Number.

Tablet version – how can I share articles via Facebook from the iPad edition?
First you need to set up your Facebook account on your iPad.
You will need to be on Version 7 or above to use Social Sharing:
1. Go to your iPad home screen and select ‘Settings’
2. Scroll down to locate ‘Facebook’ in the navigation bar
3. Sign in with your personal Facebook details
4. Return to the Flight International app
When you find an article you would like to share in Facebook:
1. Tap the article and select
from the top right navigation bar
2. Choose Facebook from the icons
3. The text can be amended before you share
You can also email the article by selecting the ‘Mail’ icon from the options

Double check you have an active internet connection and ensure you have the latest operating system as this could affect the performance on your tablet. You can download the latest version from iTunes.

Can I keep my copies of Flight International on my tablet?
Yes, once you have purchased an issue it will remain in the app for you to read whenever you like.
What if I don’t want to keep every issue I’ve downloaded?
You can manage how many issues are kept in your app by selecting the Settings icon in the top right corner, tapping ‘Account Settings’ then ‘Manage Old Issues’.
Can I restore issues that I previously downloaded but have lost or removed?
If issues you have purchased have been lost or removed through deleting the app, moving to a new device or clearing issues from the app, you can recover them by selecting the Settings icon in the top right corner, tapping Account Settings’ then ‘Restore Purchases’. Please note, you will not be able to re-download issues once your subscription has expired.
Tablet version – Can I read Flight International when I’m not connected to the internet?
Yes, once downloaded you can read your issues without an internet connection but your tablet will need to be online to download new issues.
Tablet version – my new Flight International issue does not appear
What to do:
- Check you still have an active Flight International subscription
- Connect to an alternative WiFi network
- If possible, connect to a 3G network

Tablet version – my issue appears but does not download
Once you click on the download button, if the download progress bar does not begin, it may be because the date and time on your tablet is incorrect. Close the Flight International app and correct the date and time on your tablet. Then re-launch the Flight International app and try to re-download the issue.
